According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, women reached a 20-year high in 2024, representing 11.2% of the global construction workforce. Alpha Projects outperforms this average, maintaining a 15% female workforce. This comes as the industry ramps up recruitment to bridge the labor gap, following a 64% rise in female-owned firms from 2014 to 2019.
